Sunset Oaks is one of the newest members of the Bryan Property Communities in Holly Springs, NC. Bryan Properties Communities are known for their design and amenities. Upon approaching Sunset Oaks, immediately you will see the main feature of this community – a resort style water park and clubhouse with his and hers bathhouses. One of the pools offers a 150-foot waterslide that ends in a pool with cooling splashers and sprayers. For those who prefer to swim, there is a competition size lap pool. If your preference is to relax, hop in the “Lazy River” and let the current take you through the lush landscaping. In the same area are a playground, picnic area and a multi-purpose field. As a resident of a Sunset community, you also have access to the pools, tennis courts and Devils Ridge Golf Course located in Sunset Ridge. Up on entering the neighborhood, you might feel like you have stepped back in time. The homes reflect the craftsman and farmhouse style. The lot sizes range from about .15-acre to .25-acre with a couple of lots up to .33-acre. The community will have 650 single-family homes on 350 acres with 100 acres of open space. The 100 acres of open space primarily follows waterways or environmentally protected areas where the trees can’t be cut down. These treed areas provide a good buffer throughout the neighborhood.

The neighborhood has 5 builders. In Sunset Oaks is DJF Builders, McNeill Burbank, Poythress Construction and Timberline Builders. Prices range from the mid $250,000 for around 1900 sf to the mid $400,000 for close to 4000 sf. John Weiland builds the homes in “The Woods at Sunset Oaks” with prices ranging from $400,000 to $560,000. The community has Holly Springs water and sewer. Some of the upgrades you will find in these homes are: 2 step craftsman trim, upgraded appliance packages, hardwoods on the first floor, tile in the master bathroom, first floor masters and 42” cabinets.
